Erica Weinstein designs and plans weddings, Bar and Bat mitzvahs, corporate, non-profit and social events.

With over a decade of experience, Erica has become an expert at creating extraordinary, individualized parties. Erica has a great knack for listening to her clients and values working closely with her them to create deep, personal connections that are reflected in the incredible events that she has become known for!

Erica served as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the famed Country Club at New Seabury and The Popponesset Inn. Erica also managed special events at Fenway Park with Aramark Corporation. There, she oversaw operations for the first season of events atop the Green Monster as well as functions with players and fans on the field and around the stadium. She then moved on to become an event manager with one of the largest bar mitzvah entertainment companies in New England. Erica has assisted in planning hundreds of bar and bat mitzvahs, weddings, and corporate events.

Erica is also an active member of The Anti-Defamation League. She has been on the Associate Board since 2013 and has co-chaired the Board and several committees throughout her tenure. She also served as the co-chair of the Glass Leadership Institute. She was awarded the Krupp Leadership Award in 2015 for her commitment and leadership helping to spread the mission of the ADL to her community and fellow citizens. Erica is passionate about creating a hate-free world and equality for all.

Jewish overnight camp has played a large role in shaping who Erica is today. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, going to the theater and bumping into friends wherever she goes.

Erica received her B.S. from the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
